All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Aeryxo is only formed once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where:

Payment cannot be verified.
Fraud is suspected.
Incorrect pricing has occurred.
There has been a breach of these Terms.

Any cancelled order will receive a full refund where payment has already been made.

6. Payments

We accept secure payments through our approved payment providers.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, delivery is outside of Aeryxo's direct control.

While we will assist with courier enquiries where possible, we are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier disruptions
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Industrial action
Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery delays alone do not automatically entitle a customer to cancel or return an order where the goods are ultimately delivered.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

9. Faulty Products

If a product is defective or not of acceptable quality, your rights are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
